Overview
Located in the southern part of the REBANA area, close to the Butom Industrial Development Area (KPI) and Kertajati KPI, and situated in Jatiwangi District.
Basic Infrastructure
- Water Supply: The total water supply capacity in Majalengka Regency is 140 liters/sec, with an alternative water source from the Jatigede Reservoir with a capacity of 1,500 liters/sec.
- Wastewater: The existing Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPLT) capacity in Majalengka Regency is 315 m³/day.
- Solid Waste: Solid waste transport capacity in Majalengka Regency is 67 m³/day, and Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) capacity is 1,040 m³/day. This is supported by the development of the Ciayumajakuning Regional Final Waste Treatment Facility (TPPAS).
- Electricity: Supplied through the planned construction of 3 switching substations in the Cirebon-Patimban-Kertajati Area, alongside the construction of a power plant with a capacity of 500 kV / 2 units.
Transportation Infrastructure
- Passed through by the Sumedang–Cirebon National Road section.
- Passed through by the Jatitujuh–Pekandangan and Kadipaten–Jatibarang Provincial Road sections.
- Connected to the Cipali Toll Road and the Palikanci Toll Road.
- Access to Indramayu Regency is supported by the planned construction of the Jatibarang–Indramayu railway line.
