This zone covers 4,886 hectares and is the core of the Kertajati Aerotropolis development. It includes the Kertajati Aerocity (3,480 Ha), which features five specialized clusters: a logistics hub, aerospace park, business park, creative technology center, and residential areas. It is strategically designed to be a center for defense, strategic industry, and Indonesia's future national logistics engine.
