Located in the easternmost part of the REBANA area, directly bordering Cirebon City, and situated in the Mundu-Losari District. Basic Infrastructure Clean Water:  Water sources in Cirebon Regency have a capacity of 550.8 liters/sec, with an alternative source from the Jatigede Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) at 1,500 liters/sec. Wastewater:  The Cirebon Metropolitan Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPAL) has a capacity of 119 liters/sec. This will be further supported by the planned construction of the SIKM Communal IPAL in Dukunpuntang District, the development of industrial IPAL infrastructure in each KPI, and the construction of the Greater Cirebon Domestic Wastewater Management System (SPALD) with a capacity of 1,200 liters/sec. Solid Waste:  Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) capacity in Cirebon Regency is 1,600 mΒ³/day. There are 4 existing Final Disposal Sites (TPA) in Cirebon Regency located in Gunung Santri, Ciledug Lor, Ciawijapura, and Gegestik. This is also supported by the planned development of the Ciayumajakuning Regional Final Waste Treatment Facility (TPPAS). Electricity:  Supplied through the planned construction of 3 switching substations in the Cirebon-Patimban-Kertajati Area, alongside the construction of a power plant with a capacity of 500 kV / 2 units. Transportation Infrastructure Roads:  Connected to the West Subang Cipali KPI, East Subang Cipali KPI, Indramayu Cipali KPI, Kertajati-Jatitujuh KPI, Jatiwangi KPI, and Butom KPI via the Cikopo-Palimanan (CIPALI) Toll Road and the Palimanan-Kanci (PALIKANCI) Toll Road. National road access along the Pilangsari (Cirebon) β€“ Brigjen Darsono (Cirebon) β€“ Jendral A. Yani (Cirebon) β€“ Kalijaga (Cirebon) β€“ Cirebon City border β€“ Losari section, which passes through the Cirebon KPI. Provincial road access along the Bantarsari β€“ Ciledug β€“ Waled section located within the Cirebon KPI. Connected to the Jakarta β€“ Surabaya railway access. Key Attractions Located near Cirebon Port, which is situated in Cirebon City. Cirebon City possesses significant cultural appeal and high potential in the tourism service sector. There are no land limitations in the area, allowing for maximized development. The Minimum Wage (UMK) for Cirebon Regency is IDR 2,269,556, which is below the REBANA area average, ensuring competitive labor costs.
