Butom

Butom is located in the Buah Dua, Ujung Jaya, and Tomo Districts. It consists of three tracts of land situated south of the Indramayu Cipali Industrial Development Area (KPI) and Kertajati KPI. Basic Infrastructure Clean Water:  Sourced from the Cipanas Dam with a capacity of 190 m³, the Sadawarna Reservoir with a capacity of 200 liters/sec, and the Jatigede Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) at 1,500 liters/sec. Wastewater:  The existing Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPLT) in Sumedang Regency has a capacity of 10 m³/day. Solid Waste:  Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) capacity in Sumedang Regency is 1,040 m³/day, with final disposal at the Ciayumajakuning Regional Final Waste Treatment Facility (TPPAS). Electricity:  Supplied through the planned construction of 3 switching substations in the Cirebon-Patimban-Kertajati Area, alongside the construction of a power plant with a capacity of 500 kV / 2 units. Transportation Infrastructure Connected to the West Subang Cipali KPI, East Subang Cipali KPI, Indramayu Cipali KPI, Kertajati-Jatitujuh KPI, Jatiwangi KPI, and Cirebon KPI via the Cikopo-Palimanan (CIPALI) Toll Road and the Palimanan-Kanci (PALIKANCI) Toll Road. Connected to Bandung, Sumedang, and Majalengka Regencies via the Cileunyi-Sumedang-Dawuan (CISUMDAWU) Toll Road. Connected to the Jakarta–Surabaya railway access via the Cikampek–Cirebon City and Cirebon Regency lines. Key Attractions Located in Sumedang Regency, strategically positioned in the middle of the export-import route between Tanjung Priok Port in Jakarta and the transportation hubs in the REBANA area. Situated in a mountainous region, featuring Mount Tampomas as one of its prominent peaks. Features flat buildable terrain combined with a naturally cool climate.
