Basic Infrastructure

  • Water Supply: Alternative water sources from the Jatigede Reservoir with a capacity of 1,500 liters/sec, the Sadawarna Reservoir with a capacity of 2,000 liters/sec, and the Cipanas Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) at 850 liters/sec.
  • Wastewater: The existing Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPLT) capacity in Indramayu Regency is 3,640 m³/day.
  • Solid Waste: Solid waste transport capacity in Indramayu Regency is 283 m³/day, and Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) capacity is 1,240 m³/day, supported by the development of the Ciayumajakuning Regional Final Waste Treatment Facility (TPPAS).
  • Electricity: Supplied through the planned construction of 3 switching substations in the Cirebon-Patimban-Kertajati Area, alongside the construction of a power plant with a capacity of 500 kV / 2 units.

  • Presence of an oil refinery (Refinery Unit VI) owned by Pertamina and an LPG refinery (LPG Mundu VI) in Indramayu.
  • Indramayu contributes 40% of the total fisheries production in West Java and also features around 14 existing salt ponds.
