Investment Zones

Krangkeng
Emerging industrial zone for light and medium industries.

Patrol
Covering 4,140 hectares with 3,740 hectares available, this zone is specifically focused on maritime advancement. A significant 400-hectare area is dedicated to shipyard development by PT Tesco Indomaritim.

Balongan
Memiliki luas total dan lahan tersedia yang sama, yakni 2.122 hektar. Kawasan ini menjadi lokasi proyek energi besar yang melibatkan kolaborasi antara PT Pertamina dan China Petroleum Corp.

Tukdana
The Tukdana zone covers 563 hectares of land, all of which remains available. While prepared for industrial use, no industrial estates have begun operations here yet.

Losarang
This zone covers a total area of 6,710 hectares, with 5,710 hectares still available for development. It hosts the Sultan Werdinata Industrial Zone (3,500 Ha) and the Losarang Industrial Zone (1,000 Ha). Currently, 30 companies have entered the area, with one tenant operational and four others in the construction phase.

Cipali Indramayu
Located near the strategic Cipali Toll road, this zone offers 2,874 hectares of available land. Similar to Krangkeng, there are currently no industrial estates established in this section.
